Your dashboard is where you can access CTM courses connected to your account, including available recordings, slide decks, supporting materials, and course completion steps.

Check your confirmation email

You should receive a confirmation email for your purchase. If your course includes a future live webinar, live access details may arrive in a separate email.

If you do not see the email, check your junk or spam folder.

Return for recordings and materials

For live webinars, the recording is posted to your CTM account after the session. Slide decks, supporting materials, and CPD quiz access are also handled through your CTM course area where applicable.

If your course is already recorded, the recording should be available through your CTM account. For live sessions, the recording is typically posted after the webinar.

Course materials may include the slide deck, technical references, planning notes, examples, and supporting resources.

Where available, a CPD certificate can be accessed after successful completion of the course requirements, including any required quiz.

If your course is a future live webinar

Your live access details will be provided by email. The recording and materials will be made available through your CTM account after the live session.

  • Watch for any separate live access email.
  • Check your junk or spam folder if nothing arrives.
  • Return to your CTM dashboard after the session for the recording and materials.
  • Complete any required quiz to access your CPD certificate, where applicable.

If you purchased a recorded webinar, you can access the recording through your CTM dashboard. Course materials and any CPD quiz or certificate steps will appear inside the course area where available.

  • Open the course you purchased.
  • Watch the recording.
  • Download or review the materials.
  • Complete any quiz required for CPD certification.
